Opening Orders
The minimum opening order amount is $300; reorders three case minimum. All Things Sicilian will mix and split cases for orders over $500.

Terms
Initial orders are shipped COD or prepaid by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Customers may apply for terms (net 15) after three orders within one year. Terms are not automatically granted. References checked upon customer request. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. A charge of $25.00 will be applied for checks returned for insufficient funds. We reserve the right to reinstate COD or pre-pay terms based on payment history without notification.

Shipping
We ship F.O.B. Lawrence, Ma. Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within seven days of receiving delivery. UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods for 48 hours. Please note any damages on bills lading when receiving freight deliveries. Please anticipate an increase in order-to-shipping time during the holiday season. Advanced appointment required for "pick-ups". Please call for details on your shipping needs.

Sample Policy
Order one case and purchase a sample jar for $3.00. Refer to order form for items available for sampling. We provide one free sample per four cases of a particular item purchased (when applicable). All samples are marked accordingly. Sample requests must be specified with each other in writing.

Any reproduction of the images from our catalog or www.allthingssicilian.com is prohibited. The images may not be photocopied, scanned, transmitted, stored in a retrieval system of any nature or used on the internet.
