As a child growing up in Lawrence, Massachusetts, I would often sit at the knees of my Grandfathers Gaetano Torrisi and Alfio Zappala, and be filled with wonderful stories of “La Sicilia”. These childhood memories compelled me, as I progressed through life, to first visit and then fall in love with their ancient homeland. Their homeland has now become my homeland, and All Things Sicilian was born of my desire to present to the American public what my family has known for generations: that there is no better food than what La Sicilia has to offer.
Every product found on these pages has been personally selected by me especially for you. I have criss-crossed Sicily countless times, and will continue to do so in my quest to bring to you the very best that Sicily has to offer. |
