- Paper and electronic Gift Certificates are for online use only.
- Paper and electronic Gift Certificates cannot be combined with MasterCard Rewards Certificates for any purchases.
- Paper and electronic Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for other Gift Certificates.
- The Paper and electronic Gift Certificates will not be exchangeable for cash except where required by law.
- Paper and electronic Gift Certificates may be used to purchase an annual membership in the CLUB program (continuous billing membership requires a valid credit card).
- Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the paper or electronic Gift Certificate will require a credit card to fulfill the balance due.
- Paper Gift Certificates are shipped separately from any other purchases
- After 12 months of inactivity, a $1.50 per month dormant account fee will be charged, except for Gift Certificates sold in California or where prohibited by law.
