APO - FPO & PO BOXES
Postal Priority Mail- You may choose this option if UPS will not deliver to your address. The Postal Service advertises that priority delivery takes 2-3 days within the USA, we have found that it may take longer to some areas. Please allow 4-5 business days for shipment to arrive. *Please note that this is not our normal delivery method. We offer this shipping option as an added service so there is a handling fee already calculated into the cost.
Back Orders - If a back ordered item is ordered with items in stock they may not be shipped at the same time. Back ordered means an item is currently out of stock and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You will be informed of any shipping delay over 30 days. If you wish to cancel your back order at any given time you may do so. Credit card orders will not be charged for back orders until they are shipped. The customer is not charged additional shipping for back ordered items.
Partial Shipments - Each order ships with a Packing List. The Packing List reflects the quantity of each item ordered and the amount shipped. If the quantity is 0 then the item was not available at the time of your order and was shipped. Items delayed over 10 days will be cancelled and any credit card charges will be credited. If the item is back instock within the 10 days it will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost.
Damaged Packages - UPS and the US Postal Service require the recipient of the package to file damage claims. If your order was damaged in shipment please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or the US Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. They will start a claim and will notify AllThingsSicilian so that we can send out a replacement to you. Keep the box and all packing materials until the carrier is contacted in case the carrier wants to check them. |
